Above is Jeremy, EI5GM. He is the chairman of the Kinsale radio group. Jeremy is active on HF and enjoys contesting. Jeremy can be found most weekends chasing DX or having a 'ragchew' on CW. He is one of our CW ops on this trip. Also enjoys field days and IOTA activations and has activated Bere Island (eu-121), Cape Clear-also (eu-121) and has operated from The Great Blasket Island (eu-007) in the past. Without him, this trip would not be possible.







Meet Mark, G4AXX. Mark is a member of the CDXC UK DX foundation and in fact is moderator for their fb reflector. Mark is very active in most major contests. He is one of the founding members of the UK based 'Granta Contest Group' and was also a team member of the 2004 7Q7MM DXpedition to Malawi. Mark is the newest member to the Kinsale radio group and we are delighted to him being part of this iota activation.








Here is Dave, EI9FBB. Dave is active on HF and is currently chasing his 9 band DXCC. Holder of: WAS, WAZ & 7 Band DXCC and winner of the 2008 CDXC LF challenge. Dave is an appointed ARRL DXCC card checker here in EI. Member of CDXC, EUDXF & Clipperton DX clubs; IRTS, ARRL and RSGB societies. Dave will only operate SSB on this trip and is also our QSL manager. He promises a special QSL card for this operation and a fast 2 week turnaround to DIRECT replies.





This is another Dave, his call is EI4BZ. Dave is a past president of the IRTS and editor of 'Echo Ireland' for over 20 years in fact. He is also a member of the CDXC and is a strong and prominent contester in EI being one of the founder members of the EI7M contest group. Amongst his achievements are 6 band DXCC, WAS, WPX, WAZ & IOTA to name a few. His preferred mode is CW so therefore he will fulfill our CW team.
